The new single for 1989 had a great disco feel to it, and yet again it had no promo video, but Gary and Bill did the round of radio stations as well as play the song live for the Club X TV show. This programme also featured a piece on Gary and his fans. I'm On Automatic got to No 44 in the UK charts.
