This shaped 7" came in a clear sleeve with a black card board "back" which featured tour dates for Numan's 1993 UK Tour as well as contest info. A-side shows F1 McLaren sports car from a front view. B-side shows steering wheel and dash board. The playing surface measures 7" in diameter, but the shaped portion of the disc is actually close to 11" across by roughly 8" tall..
